Priapism!

Postby gonz31 » Sat Oct 18, 2014 3:35 pm

Hello guys. I'm new here.

3 weeks ago the doctor injected me with 0,4 of Trimix, and it was too much. I had a 4 hours erection, and then they had to drain the blood from my penis. My penis looked destroyed and deformed after this, and I still have pain when masturbate, due to the inflamation and brusing. Do you guys think that a 4 hours erecion can causa any damage? As far as I remember it was not painfull, and maybe not a 100% erection (but I'm not sure), but it was a hard erection anyway. I wonder why the doctor waited that much to do something! I wonder what is the limit to avoid damage? Because on the other hand, Viagra and Cialis advice you to seek for help if you have an erection lasting more than 4 hours. If damage would already be done in 4 hours, this would not have any sense. I'm still freaking out because of the possibility of damage, and make my problem worse. I have PSSD (Post SSRI sexual dysfunction) since 2004 (I lost my sexuality due to antidepressants, permanently). Basically, I have no way to know if there's any damage, because I rarely have spontaneous erections. I can only get bad quality erecions with masturbation but I can't keep it. Now I'm fucking scared that I may have to deal with a double problem, PSSD + damage to the penis. Do you think a 4 hours erection can cause permanent damage?

Thanks and sorry for my english!

I had the same thing happen. I wouldn't worry about it. I've had longer erections without any consequences. I understand the rule of thumb is if it's not turning blue and isn't painful there's no reason to panic. By the way, I'm now using 30 units of PGE-1 with a very satisfactory two hour erection that feels very natural.

Thanks!
When this happened I had no idea about anything, so I didn't even paid attention to see if it was blue, but I hope it wasn't. The only thing I knew was that I was in troubles because of the 4 hours and that I could end up with permanent damage. Then I found this site with really useful information. I'm really scared to try the injections again.

My penis is again swollen and it's like weird, fat when is not erected. And masturbation is painful. Time to see the doctor again.

I wouldn't worry about. On my first injection of bi mix, I had an erection for over 5 hours. I was so worried I went to the er. Thankfully they did not have to drain the blood in my penis. The doctor who was an attractive young black woman, gave me a few injections of sudafed, which did the trick. I don't get them like that any more. I can shoot 45 iu's of bi mix and get a nice 1 1/2 hour erection, without the pain. I love it and so does my girl friend! I think the first few times we have an extreme reaction to it. You'll be fine.

Thanks!

Now I don't know what the hell happens with my penis. After some sex intent, It got again inflamed, painful and deformed. I managed to bring down the inflammation with ibuprofen and ice. I went to see the stupid doctor who caused my priapism, and he said that he has no idea why this happened. But by that time, my penis looks normal again. Could it be that it needs more rest? The doctor was useless
