Hello guys!

What type of pump would you recommend me? An clasic one, a water pump?, a automatic?

This is not medical advice and only suggestions based on my experiences. I'm not a medical professional of any kind.
I don't have an implant and I hope I never need one.

I have used a pump many times both for sexual use and for therapy to keep my dick from shrinking. As you're in a thread for pre-implant therapy I assume you're asking about therapy use. In which case your options are pretty broad. Just get one appropriate for your size and size does make a difference. I don't think you need an expensive medical type VED for therapy only use. Many of the novelty type should work. I have a Nasstoys brand battery powered item that works OK for the price. Otherwise I don't really have a recommendation for a specific item.

Good luck
