Have you tried the website www.pegym.com ? You may find exercises there that will help you. but as with all exercises, it takes time and patience to see any results.
I've also read that regular exercise will improve blood circulation, as will spicy foods like peppers.( Watch out for the curries, though. Your partner might not like that on your breath!)
It's important to understand your penis anatomy. Erections can only be achieved if you get blood flowing into the two chambers on each side of your penis. Whether it's exercise, peppers, pump or gentle masturbation, the idea is to train the blood to flow there. Once you've got a halfway decent erection,a good constriction ring will help to firm it up even more.But remember not to keep the ring on for more than 30 minutes.

I do not want to use a costriction ring to keep my erection! I just would like to train my penis to achieve better fuller and stronger erections! I don't know if a pump would be usefull for this goal...I hope so!
In my pump instruction is write it can also increase size of my penis if used frequently but i don't really belive since is not medically proven... At least i hope it can promote to develop my full potencial and increase my spontaneus erections.Did you had results in this way?Having more spontaneus erections after the use of pump or not? And after how long you start see results?Cause right after pumping it seems my penis get weak...

That covers subjects like hardness and length.
The pump has been useful to me. It has helped to increase the length, but it will take a while to get even longer.
It has also helped to energise the nerves that connect to the penis.
And it has helped to train the blood to flow into the chambers in my penis.
So bit by bit the pump does help.

I do a low pump pressure and kegels exercise routine which keeps things working without the pump later. My pump is manual so after shaving hair from around my penis I might sit down to watch or read some porn. Lube up and insert my penis. Just 2 or 3 pumps to suck the limp noodle into the tube. Rest at low pressure for a couple of minutes then release and rest a couple more. Pump 2-4 times and do 10 kegels and release for equal time. Never hard pumping but low and slow. Continue till I have oh maybe a 100 or more done and then take the pump off and clean it and me up. Couple times a week. I might do kegels in her hand to tease us for later after a bath. Sometimes I have her do kegels on my fingers or my tongue.

Once we got the pump I asked her to help me learn about it and explore. I mean I now would have felt strange trying to do something that obvious privately. That had an unusual effect on her. Now she might ask if we can get the pump up and read or watch video together for a while and then stop. She has my permission to place requests with me now. I encourage her to speak up about what she wants. Maybe then dinner is ready so we eat. Take a joint bath or shower and cleanup real good after dinner. Do a little razor care while in the bath and then dry off. Do mutual skin care slowly. Nothing overt just good coverage and with a smell I can stand. I did finally have to speak up about product smells. She had been using some products I did not like the smell of for years. I finally spoke up and we found others I liked better. Coconut butter and oil both.

For us then maybe I take a pill and we go to bed early and see what happens with no pump and we talk. Sometimes I might get a stuffable erection and stuff it and then do kegels while we talk some more. She is so warm. Sometimes it rises right up and no stuffing is required but normal entry happens. Sometimes I rise up and do not stuff but pay attention to her only and go to sleep. We play with the sexual tension of the situation. We never seem to know where it is going to take us. We try to be glad we are making the trip.

Pelvic floor exercises, also known as kegels, have been shown, in studies conducted by Professor Grace Dorey, to prevent erectile difficulties and restore normal erections.

Each contraction should be as strong as possible and held, initially for several seconds, but gradually building up to 8-10 seconds. Each contraction is followed by a recovery phase of 10 seconds. Importantly, the pelvic floor muscles should be tightened before and during strenuous activities which increase intra-abdominal pressure such as coughing, sneezing, lifting and rising from a sitting position. The pelvic floor muscle exercises may be done while standing, sitting, lying down, or even walking.

So now at 66 and 71 our goal is different. Oh, we still want sex but it is a kinder more gentle and varied dance because we now include some things we had abandoned in our youth.
It is not the same but it sure is OK and we are happy to be together and be alive and healthy.
