If I pump before injection, wouldn't the band restrict blood flow to the caveronosa as well. Then how would the injection work? That was my thought before the injection and pumping. The urologist didn't mention any order when he mentioned both.

I just started pumping - but not before or immediately after an injection. Seems as a whole the advice is "don't do it". But pumping during other times, can be helpful to strengthen and open things up so when you do inject ...

Redirect please, what is "FT" and was there a reason given for injections not being effective after a pump (without a ring, just to get the sap moving)?

One theory was that pumping causes excess blood to be forced into the chambers which dilutes the Trimix and makes it less effective
