Orgasm

So, as my signature says, I was implanted on Dec 14th. I have tried sex twice.. the first time was too soon and it hurt like hell and the second time I was like the pornographic energizer bunny. I kept going and going but no cumming :D. Finally, when it started to hurt, I faked it or my wife would have blamed herself, which she always does. Did anybody else have difficulty organising after the implant? If so, how long did it last? I am so disillusioned about all of my Australian health problems. :(

Larry,
My first orgasm was at about three weeks post-op, but from masturbation. The first time my wife and I had sex was at five weeks. My dick was fully inflated and harder than I ever was in my prime. It hurt like hell and my wife was trying to support me, but ended up saying it was too hard for her also. I deflated to about 75-80% and it made a huge difference in our pleasure and I didn’t have any problems. I hope you get it figured out.

Mine wasn't super inflated and I forgot to mention I tried masturbating with and without porn with np luck.

Larry,
I am also having difficulty climaxing with intercourse and with masturbation since my prostatectomy. Since the implant, I'm still having difficulty, but I have to say the few times I have climaxed have been much more intense than anything I remember. Climaxing used to be mostly the great feeling of squirting out a load. I do miss that but my orgasms, when they happen, seem to be much more like what women experience -- whole body, mind blowing and lasting for more than a few quick contractions.
I sure hope I can get through this to climax all the time. Hope the same for you.

Larry, the first two times I could not finish, thankfully my wife did. On the 3rd one I did also. I had previously thought that my problem with climaxing was because with the other methods I felt I was not getting firm enough so I wasn't being fully stimulated and that's why I would have trouble orgasming. Now with the implant, getting me firm enough, I am hit with the fact that I've lost a lot of sensitivity no doubt due to weak artillery blood flow leading to nerve damage and less sensation. My penis is still sore, so that doesn't help either. It's almost been 3 months since my implant and I'm glad I see him in 2 weeks. This tubing issue is also a problem, it's in the way and hindering full use of what little length I have left. You may need more healing time. Vegas

And...what medications are you taking. Some if those could be hindering your climax. Lots of mess interfere with orgasm....they can make you have a very hard time trying to achieve the big O..when having actual sex...or when engaging in some good Ole self love. I know my meds cause me issues many times. I pray it all works out and you get to enjoy your new improved play toy!!

Remember that your penis has had a major trauma for its size,;it has had nearly half its mass replaced. All the nerve endings (even the ones not near the incision sites) are probably too busy wondering "what just happened here!?!?" to pay much attention to regular old sensations.

Give the nerves a few months for them to get back to feeling normal again.

Guys,
The first time I tried out my implant, I flew solo. My orgasm was intense. Our first intercourse, I had to beat off then go back in to finish. My wife didn't like that. She thinks the only time I should come is when fucking. After a couple of sessions, I was able to finish the job inside. I was 28 days post opp. I have no problems with my orgasms since then. Play with your entire shaft and see if you can feel it. Nerve concerns should clear up. If you can feel your dick totally when you masturbate you should soon be having amazing orgasms. As we age it seems to take longer to cum. As a bionic you can fuck as long as you need to. Happy humping my Frank Talk brothers.

Larry... don't feel badly about faking it. I faked it too with ex-wife back when antidepressants wouldn't allow me to cum. She bought it but was puzzled as to why she wasn't dripping after we fucked. Hate to be blunt but that's exactly what she said.
