I had my RARP November 2 2016. It was bilateral nerve sparing surgery according to my surgeon which I started to doubt.I was 51 at time of diagnosis and surgery.
Now, 19 months post RP and I am still on ground zero where I was when I woke up after surgery. Nothing spontaneous, no sign of life in my penis.
I did extensive and expensive penile rehab with no success.
I lost 2+ inches of length which I was not able to recover a bit by now.
I have just second navel down there where penis used to hang. Have to sit to urinate.
I am living totally sexless life.
Looking for implant.

MK,
I really feel for you. You don’t deserve a sexless life. The success rate and satisfaction rate of implants is extremely high. I say make some calls, find a doc you are comfortable with and go for it.
PM me any time.

That is good sign, something is on the way.
I also had RP on 11/2/2016, but as of now, 19+ months later still no sign for me.
Hopefully, you will recover your erections soon.

Bob is absolutely correct. Every second your dick can't get hard it is atrophying and you will lose length and girth.
