Adrian,
So sorry to hear of your situation. I'm not a doc, but I believe it is possible to retrieve your sperm and then have in vitro fertilization. I'd definitely make an appointment with a reproductive specialist as a start.
Re the cost, all I can think of is crowd funding, and I have no idea how that works.
Wish you the best.

Adrian,
I am sorry you are in this position and hope there will be a viable solution for you and your wife. Is there a state office for paraplegics or those with disabilities that might help with funding or be able to direct you to funding? I would be surprised if there wasn't some type of advocacy to help people in your situation. Prayers and best wishes to you.

I am 61. Began having ED at age 30 and tried everything. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on September 18, 2017. I received an AMS LGX 18cm with 3cm RTE via a Penoscrotal incision. Thrilled with my results. Willing to Show & Tell.
