What medications or vitamins can i take to widen my arteries and blood vessels, including of course the channels of my penis?

You MUST let a doctor prescribe this to you. One of the big drawbacks from the type of meds you are talking about is a sudden and dramatic drop in systemic blood pressure. This can have symptoms ranging from nothing to sudden unconsciousness or possibly even death. DO NOT FOOL AROUND WITH THESE DRUGS. A doctor, after evaluating your weight, blood pressure, risk factors and heart health, will be able to prescribe something. Viagra and Cialis do this. :)

L arginine or (better) citrulline plus Pycnogenol is likely to help.

I have been using a mixture of L-Citrulline and Maritime Pine Bark extract in powder form for some months. I take about 10 grams in the evening, which gives about 150 mg MPB and the rest L-Cit. Pycnogenol is I believe a trade name and pricey, but you can get MPB extract from other souces. It tastes of boiled dishcloths with added grit, so orange juice is the way down.

It seems to give some modest thickening of my penis. I did stop for a week and, again, seemed to notice the difference so I restarted. I think it is better for a boost to mild ED, in my case it is not a cure-all but a small benefit. Perhaps I'm clutching at straws, which is what it feels down there sometimes.

By the way I followed Lost Sheep's link to Nowhard's post. Phew, I don't know whether to call that dedication or what. I don't think that's for me.

I'm very close to receiving testosterone injections. Obviously this makes a man horny. But how well will it affectv the quality of erections? Will they make them harder?

My degreee of ED is not mild like yours. I'm able to get monring wood. But its not that hard. Do you still think pycnognel and l-arginine can still help along with viagra in getting stiffer morning wood?

My ED is not mild, more like absolute. I don't get morning wood, more like a wilting asparagus spear. I can't advise you except to try L-Cit and MPB for a few weeks to see if it improves your lot.

My ED is severe. Even Trimix injections produce only weak erections. Viagr and Cialis are significantly less effective.

I take pycnogenol daily to aid with my retinopathy, but it has no effect on my erections. I was on TRT for six months which increased my T to over 800 but had no effect on my erections. Just left me extremely hornet with a limp dick

When I anticipate sex in the morning, I take 5 gr. of l-arginine about three hours in advance which helps generate a semi which I can then build into an etection using a tight tension band combined with kegeling.

However. I find my VED the most effective way to generate a usable erection.
