Heading to 9 months and all i can say is that over time all the little things have faded and my implant now feels part of me.
Yes my erection is slightly different in shape but it is stiffer than I could have dreamed and it stays that way for as long as Miss H wants it to.
Plenty of sex and cycling has seen a slow but gradual increase in girth with a slight improvement in length.
I must agree with others on here (Donnie).....it feels amazing flipping my 6" flaccid out of my jeans to take a leak on the unlikely chance another bloke glances sideways and notices I am now now definitely a show-er rather than a grower!

And show ers look great at the pool or gym. You can't hide that big dick. Why would you want to?

Donnie I appreciate your reply but I ask that you don't refer it being all about having a big dick, My concerns are much more about the health and function of my penis, I don't like that stuff it isn't humble.

Random question, how does your flaccid glans feel?


Flaccid glans feels normal as the surgery doesn't impact the glans. You can fill the tips of the cylinders underneath where the shaft meets the glans. The flaccid shaft feels different. It does look completely normal though.

Would it be uncomfortable if you suddenly just rubbed your finger on your exposed glans, or would this produce a good sensation?


It does not feel uncomfortable if you rubbed your finger on the glans. It is just like your penis today. If you are turned on, it will feel good. If you are not turned on, it will feel indifferent.
