Ejaculation

I had a penile implant maybe three years ago and I was wondering what has happened to the ejaculate? I can have a climax but no juice or just a drop comes out. My Dr says that the ejaculate goes into my bladder. I think that I am too old to make the squirty kind, I am 74 y.o. Can i get some input on this, Thanks

Retrograde ejaculation does "back up" into the bladder and eventually exits next time you urinate. The only ill effect I know is reduced chance of impregnating your partner. But it is a poor contraceptive method to rely on.

I've never heard of an implant causing retrograde ejaculation. Is that a real cause? If so, this would be news to me.
