That's the general idea, yeah :P

I've actually have a frenulum piercing, it's not exactly "manscaping" but it does have to do with male genitalia aesthetics. Could show, if anyone's interested...
39 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

I assume you must mean Frenum Piercing? I had that done when I was in my early 40’s but was asked not to have the jewelry in when I was posing for college art classes so I ended up just letting it heal over.

I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Greg, it is my understanding that "frenulum" is used in American English and "frenum" is used in British English. I have no idea why this is. :?

David,
When I had mine done in Atlanta it was called a Frenum Piercing. I thought Frenulum was a pierced tongue. It really doesn’t matter.

Didn't know there's different names... Anyway, yeah, it has to be one of those two :)

According to Wikipedia Greg is correct. I read it on the internet so I'm certain it's correct.
