Tunica in females?

Postby Lost Sheep » Thu Apr 06, 2017 8:06 pm

It is fairly well known that all embryos are hermaphrodite (or would it be bi-sexual or asexual?) and that various embryonic tissues develop into male or female body parts depending on chromosomes and hormones. For example, ovaries and testes are analogous. Other body parts in one gender may develop fully and be nearly undetectable in the other gender.

What female body part is analogous to the tunica albuginea? I suppose it may be inside the clitoris, but this begs the question, does female E.D. exist? If it does, is it problematic for arousal or orgasm?

This question may seem silly, and maybe it is, but it just occurred to me in an idle moment.

Interesting question. I personally love to eat pussy and I can tell you that the clitoris gets erected with arousal. Just like I can feel pleasure with a limp penis and even have pretty good orgasms, women can too, but it's much better when the penis/clitoris is hard. Sex is much more mental fir women. Sadly 30% of them never have any kind of orgasm and 70% of them never experience the more powerful vaginal orgasm from a penis.

According to the infallible interwebs (Wikipedia), tunica albuginea in females forms a layer on the ovaries.
