I will give an update....
I am unsure. At this point I am doing another round of Trimix, stronger formula.

But... my feeling is that after that I will go with an Implant. I don't have much faith in the Gainswave... but I could change my mind.

Just keep thinking that even if Gainswave helps, am I going to have to do that every year?

An Implant is permanent. At least until I need to replace it.
.....

My current thoughts.. anyway.

So I had the GAINSWave performed about four months ago. I still am getting amazing results. Nighttime erections are great and I feel like I have more girth in my penis. I actually had my first wet dream in 40 years. My wife is thrilled with the results :D . I don't need Viagra at all anymore. I must really admit I was skeptical at first but this is the real deal. I will be happy to share any details with you because I know how frustrating ED is.

I am torn... I keep thinking I should at least try.
I am so tired of Viagra.. it does work usually, but many times I don't get a full erection. It takes viagra, porn and my full attention along with stimulation and then I can usually get my full hard erection and can enjoy.

But so many disappointing times.. I have got into the habit of masturbating with a partial erection, or just a chubby... just to get it done and get some relief. Bad habit, but just don't have time for the viagra.

My gf / fiance at this point is saying no implant as she is worried about infection, etc. I know I can convince her if I try. But maybe I should at least try the GW first....

Thank you for the post...

So no more viagra? you just get hard and maintain with no pills or injections?
Did you also get a p-shot? My dr. does both in combo.

thx.

treetop, let us know what you decide. The doctor near to me who does Gainswave is Dr. Martin Flynn, an anesthesiologist. Sounds like Gainswave isn't covered by any traditional insurance or medicare.

I will.
I am doing a remodel in my home, then refi to take money out.
This will finance the Gainswave / New York for EID... Maybe both.
I will post what happens. If I don't get good results, then I will go Implant.
Worst thing I can do is loose $4,000.00. And I am willing to spend that just to see.. Then I won't regret never trying it.

I will start a new journey post when I do it.

So the gaines wave works? I live in southern California and i see a few Drs perform it. It's about 4k. I can't really get hard anymore. I can semi erect at times.... but i no longer get the big, long boners. I am desperate for a miracle.

I will be scheduling with https://www.rejuvenateredlands.com/ it is in Redlands, Ca
The dr. there was nice.

Maybe call and discuss with them. They do Gainswave along with a P-Shot near the end of GW treatment.

OK, I have had both.

First, I am 51, in fairly decent shape (not great, but not horrid either) and don't have bad ED (just not like it was when I was younger). I have had both the P-shot and am in the middle of Gainswave.

First, the P-shot did next to nothing (if that) for me. I really don't know one person who it has worked for so how they get the 80% success rate I have no clue. Also, I'd never want to go through that again, and the daily pumping sessions are a pain too.

Now as for Gainswave, after the first session (about 30 minutes or so) I did notice improvement in morning erections for sure. I'd say five of seven days worth. I just had my second treatment today. They increase the intensity of the pulses and the number of pulses each of the first several sessions. There was no pain as I used numbing cream, and really, although there would be discomfort if not for that, it is no where near what the P-shot was. Not even the same category.

Anyway, I can reply again once I have a few more treatments, but so far I would say that I would try Gainswave as even after one treatment I noticed a positive result.

Hope this helps.

Awesome information.

Yes, please keep posting. I intend to do this myself in a couple months.
It also includes the P-Shot, but maybe I will decline that part. Not sure.
But am hoping for good GW results.

Appreciate the update.
