Hi, I'm 32 and having ED and PE problems always.

But I used to drink and smoke, and also had really unhealthy diet in my 20s.

Has anyone ever cured ED by changing lifestyle and diet, specially in mid age ?

Would love to hear some thoughts :-)

Dear Friend,
Life style is effecting everything. Stressing, exhaustion, smoking, drinking, bad diet, no physical activity, extra weight, high blood pressure can effect every part of your life and health. Get in shape, go out, be active, socialize, eat well, try not to drink, eat and smoke excessively and you will benefit in so many ways.
Learn to make connection with women and date the kind you actuall you like and attracted to. There are plenty of videos on YouTube about that.
It's your life and health. Make it the best.

I've definitely improved ED after diet and lifestyle changes..earlier when I was taking pain medications and was taking mood stabilizers, my sex drive and ED were awful..I got off them and sex drive and ED both improved..they were definitely not cured though..

I'd like to hear from those who must take pain medications or mood stabilizers for certain conditions and how this affected their ED..I can get off these meds but then other problems arise, im just curious how some guys compensate

Jones. 7 can definitely answer your question about pain meds..as I have an implanted intrathecal pain infusion system. I function daily with 12 mugs of dilaudid flowing into my spinal fluid constantly. First thing I should say is that it is clinically proven that any man on long term opiodal meds will suffer from low testosterone. When my low t was diagnosis I had a whooping level of 67.... It was way low. I am on weekly injections now. As for the ED issues right now it is the best its been in years. I recently dropped a whole bunch of weight..I became more active by going to a gym to walk on treadmill and use an elliptical. .because of rather serious back problems I cannot lift......my ED is the best in ages..if I take any aid to enhance intercourse it is usually 20 or 40 mugs of viagra...so my problems greatly improved after losing the weight and getting more active. I am very pleased with the results. I did not expect these results but I am thankful.

While he does not post on the site much any more, if you search through member "Nowhard" posts you will find a strong advocate of healthy diet., with a recipe for a blood-cleansing drink that he claims will increase your health (and is a pretty good, although spicy, breakfast drink).

Having clear and open arteries and veins AWAYS helps, so cholesrerol control through diet and exercise is guaranteed to help.

Look up the biography of Jack LaLane. He used to swim from L.A. to Catalina on his birthday every year until hks wife takked him out of it. She said, "Jack, you're 90. It's time to stop."

Being healthy cannot hurt, that's for sure. And many ill effects of an unhealthy lifestyle CAN be reversed.

32 is way too young to have ed. I suspect venous leak.

Yea I'm pretty sure my smoking for years is one cause of my ED. Once veins and arteries get clogged with cholesterol and plaque it's quite difficult to reverse that. A healthy diet and stop smoking can help but it may takes years to correct.
At 32 years old it is definitely time to see a urologist and fix your issue. Pills and injections until it's determined if they help, otherwise it may be time for an implant.
