Hi Guys. I tend to miss a lot of postings to the discussion forum and have been told to his "shift / refresh".
I'm a MAC user. The SHIFT part is easy but I can't find REFRESH. Can anyone help me out on this?

Keith; You are correct shirt F5 is the refresh for PC only. I will try to find out what the refresh is for Apple.

Keith: I think the refresh for Apple is Command and r. Give that a try and let me know if it works for you.
