ED opinions

Looking for opinions from other guys in the same shoes as me. I’m 56 and pretty sure my issue is venous leakage. I can still achieve an erection and I do get them at night time but it’s about 1/2 the size now. I tried testosterone therapy (which was low) for months and didn’t notice any change at all. Tried the Phoenix and I seemed to get work. I really am not sure which way to go here. It’s become very frustrating. Looking for opinions?
Thank!

Have you seen a urologist who specializes in mens sexual health?

Often guys try to self-diagnose and end up with no answers or trying to fix an issue that does not apply to them.

I have not. Mainly because I’m not a big fan of traditional medicine. Have tried a few of the drugs and while that keeps from losing erection, I still don’t get original size back.

Your best bet is seeing a urologist who specializes in men's sexual health.
Over the counter meds just don't work. I took many when my ED started and the only thing I got was heartburn. If you read in the Shockwave therapy posts there are very few positive results noted. The biggest reason you want to fix this asap is the fact that not getting full erections will cause you to lose size.

Did you have a similar situation? Everything I’ve read my issue is due to venous leakage. Someone mentioned a Vertica device.

Early stages of a venous leak can be over come with Viagra and Cialis and more severe cases of VL can be over come with Trimix injections. However, if the VL continues to worsen even these remedies become ineffective at which point either a medical grade penis pump or an implant are the remaining solutions. It is recommended (in some cases required in order to write a prescription) that a medical professional be consulted before using any of the remedies.

Whether you like "tradional medicine" or not is beyond revelent. Suck it up & go to the medical community that actually gets results. I can't recall any of these different fixes resulting in long term solutions. You're grasping at straws.
