L-Arginine

I've not tried Horny Goat Weed... just L-arginine. It didn't do much for me, but then maybe I needed to increase dosage or frequency. I suspect that any of the EQ (erection quality) supplements are like using different kinds of cock rings and different injections: different guys will respond differently to each solution.
60's. Married. Occasional ED offset by a variety of methods (VED pumping, foreskin restoration, edging) with Cialis and/or pills sometimes for sex.

I also have tried xrockme www.xrockeme.com herbal supplement and it works for me without any adverse side effects. The listed ingredients contain horny goat weed and a slew of other natural herbs. I showed my cardiologist the list of ingredients and he said "go for it". One pill lasts 2-3 days and gives me a firm erection; not a curtain rod, but firm enough for lasting penetration. Also the girth of my penis is enlarged. The web site claims that the product is made in the US in a quality controlled lab. 66 years old with recent ED.
