Peyronie's and where do I go from here

I was recently diagnosed with evolving Peyronie's.

Background:

I have diabetes and pretty severe ED.
I have been treating the ED with Trimix for a few years and occasionally used a vacuum device for blood flow.

After some time without using Trimix or the VD, I injected in my usual spot. I have a vein that makes it hard to alternate sides. I felt a pop with the injection and it was not completely effective. A week later I has a rare semi erection and used a constriction band to try and get erect.

There was a dent where I generally inject and a moderate curve. You can feel the scar tissue.

My uro told me not to stress my penis as it can make it worse and to come back when the pain stops and the Peyronie's is stable.

Since then I have close to an inch of scar tissue at the end(under glans) of both Corpus Cavernosum.
I have lost an inch and a half to an inch and three quarters of stretched flaccid length.

I've always been both a shower AND a grower, with a very large member.

I am circumcised, but now it looks like I am not.

I showed my Doctor and he didn't think it looked abnormal, but it's abnormal for me.

I'm having trouble urinating without making a mess.
And my Doctor is not being as aggressive in treatment as I want him to be.

I think I am going to need an implant. I don't have insurance.

Does anyone have any suggestions for insurance?
I'm afraid if I wait too long my penis is going to wither away, and I'll be lucky if I am half the man I used to be. I know we are more than our penis, but...well you understand.

Any suggestions are welcome.

We should have a chat. I have been dealing with PD and my doctor had me start penile modeling with a traction device along with medicine to encourage blood flow in the area for healing. He told me to use those methods until it stabilized and my pain was gone, then we could decide on the method of treatment. I wouldn't classify my PD as severe compared to some others....I started at 47 degrees to the right. After doing the initial treatment with traction and meds I was able to reduce it to around 34 degrees before starting xiaflex.

Start doing traction to both stop any length loss and regain lost length. The sooner the better. The scar near the glans can be difficult to treat by i recommend the totalman compression plate coupled with the hog extender which has a built in scale.

Desde que tengo peyronie mis erecciones son más débiles. Será fuga venosa o que?
