One week to go and scared...

It is one week before my implant surgery and I am scared of infection, pain lasting longer than the lucky ones, and of course the "big one," loss of size. I have confidence in my surgeon, Dr. Jesse Mills at UCLA. He is the head of the men's clinic, for fuck sake. He gets the repair cases from other doctor's botched surgeries and does plenty of porn stars. But as a very, very sexually active gay man averaging a couple of dozen men a week due to parties, and that is limited by Trimix wearing out too soon, my hard dick is my entree'. Despite being older than most anyone at these parties, and certainly way older than the median age that I would guess at 30-something, walking around with an 8" x 7-1/2" Trmix hard-on totally overcomes anyone caring in the least about my age. They just want to get plowed, but I have to do so quickly before the Trimix wears off (and still using cock rings), and/or it becomes too painful. Have any other gay men, or straight "swingers" found that the always-on hard-on overcomes loss of length and girth? My understanding is that I will almost certainly experience a permanent loss of girth with the AMS CX implant that I will be getting. The attached photos are without the use of a pump, and some are a few years old, when I didn't need Trimix, but give you and idea. (The pump photos are of course pumped.)

C'è chi riesce a godere subito e chi no...ti auguro buona fortuna col tuo impianto. Un caro saluto

Good luck Rodsman, rooting for a good recovery. From what I understand
I would think a Titan would be first choice for a huge cock? Sure the cx is in your future? Regardless, keep making us all jealous and good luck sir.

There is no reason for size loss except in the case of complications. I am bigger than before surgery. I am sure for your girth a titan would be a great choice.

length is a mental thing, especially with your size, you shouldn't lose a thing if your surgeon is big volume, but even if you were to lose half an inch it wouldn't be a problem with a 7.5" cazo, so, put by part that fear and focus on other more serious things, even if you were to lose 2" you would be left with a fucking 6" that many would like to have, and which alas are shorter

Don't be scared. One thing is you will never have to worry about getting or keeping an erection again. Hope you don't lose any size because that cock of yours is a pleaser.

You should have no worries with that big old cock.

If you are afraid of infection, I would assume that your pre-surgery instructions would include a shower at home before going in for surgery (unless you have an overnight in the hospital before surgery) using an anti-bacterial soap, either which the doctor/hospital has provided or something like Dial. That should prevent you from bringing anything in from home.
Keep us posted.

Either just go since you've made your decision or just call it off. It is never too late to back out.

Guys,
Many thanks for your kind thoughts. My apprehension is a moot point now, since I have to reschedule due to a kidney infection. I think I will be less anxious next time since I won't have to worry about being ready for a cruise very soon after surgery. Mid-to-late November seems likely now.
Best regards,
Kevin
