PE, The most wide spread sexual dysfunction of them all...

One out of Three men in America suffer with PE. It's the largest sexual dysfunction there is. Since there is no discussion board dedicated to PE so far, we will try to fill the need here!

PE, The most wide spread sexual dysfunction of them all...

Postby softtohard » Tue Oct 18, 2016 12:47 pm

...so why is this forum about PE so small....
Not many replies and not many writing about it?!

Why is this?

Is it that hopeless? Anyone overcame it?
The only way i can beat i some how is thru stud spray but that is not a sustainable and long term solution.
Is there a long term solution, can´t you actually cure it?

start - stop.....SHUT UP!!!! Done it all my life...all it does is stop me from ejaculating for the moment, do a few more super slow thrusts and I´m there again....can really fuck....

Squeeze method....no, no, no....not working for me at all.

Breathe....well...i calms my mind a bit but my dick is still sensitive as fuck.

Hit me up...what do you do for LONG TERM solution, anyone overcame it?

I do not have that problem, but through the years I have heard from guys that masturbating before intercourse can make your body less prone (?) to have another orgasm. I'm just passing on something I've heard from men who are not medical professionals.
Baltimore area. Age 68. Prostatectomy in 2000, CX inserted in 2002. Wore out after 12 yrs., got LGX in 2014. I am glad I had them both. My great urologist is Dr. Marc Siegelbaum. (After regular inflating I regained my original length and girth.)

Ok, so what about Cuming but going at it again straight away? Or you ejaculate but your erection goes down?

I loose my erection for a long period of time after cuming. Best best case 30 minutes but more like 1-2 hour....kinda loose the moment in that timespan :P

What a dream to be able to fuck hard for a few minutes.
If I go at it I will cum in 10-20 sek...a nice way to finish but I do see that my girl really
gets going when we increase the speed and thrust firmness.

Feel hopeless here....

Well... i get you. I was normal before, so i was able to have intercourse anything from 10 minutes to 40 something at times, without coming. But... it doesn't look like you have a plan of action? like... going to the doctor, trying all pills, gels, surgery... everything?

this is what i don't get at the guys that suffer from PE. You do not seem to address your condition the same we, on the boat of ED, do. And even then, i think that guys in this boat sometimes don't address it the way they should either!

Why does so much time have to go by, till people do something? why years of frustration and self lies till someone does something?

If you loose your erection, why don't you try penile injections? caverject, alprostadil? gives you an erection of 1hour or more, and then you can even inject yourself again to bring it down if you want to.

So, even if you ejaculate, just keep going because the erection will not subside.

Hi well I suffer from severe ED caused by Venous leak. On top of that i suffer from PE. I´m currently using Viagra and Cialis for ED and it still works pretty good.
But I can feel that they are slowly loosing it´s power. I will go for an Implant when the orals stop working. Injections, nope, will not do that...it causes plack buildup and will make it harder to have a good result with the implant that is the most permanent solution of them all. And that will also solve the PE issue because then I can go for ever. but for now...I want to be able to fuck more than 20 seconds.

I use desensitizing cream for my PE with decent result. But what i´m after is
a permanent natural solution. Meaning....I can go with out creams, gels, sprays, injections to be able to move a little firmer and for at least 5-10 minutes.
I do think I have a plan. I´m just wondering if it´s possible to (for me) change the sensitivity in my penis so I can last longer.

you answered, yet you didn't said much. What exactly do you plan to do to address PE?

Well I´m looking for a plan...?
Asking my fellow people here. If there is a natural plan to adress it?

I have tried stop and start and sqeeze methods and they don´t work for me.
Is there other methods?

Why don't you go to a sexual medicine specialist? Are you in the us? I know a place you can go to.

I live in Sweden.

I did go to a male sexual specialist.
He gave me peroxitin. But i can't feel any difference at all.
Maybe a little bit harder to gain and maintain an erection.

I truly feel that I have some kind of nerve problem.
I'm hyper sensitive. Using desensiting cream worked better before.
I tried some stupid SR cream for penile tissue healt.
One application and my penis does not feel the same way anymore.
It's even more sensitive and the desensitising cream
Helps but not even close as it did before.

Is there a way to make the penis less sensitive?
