This is THE most essential exercise a man can do to improve premature ejac AND improve hardness AND avoid incontinence in his senior years. Pelvic floor muscles surround the base of your cock. If they are tiny and atrophied they aren't much good. If they are toned and strong they increase in size by about 8 TIMES.

In relation to extending intercourse time check this out:

61% success rate. This study even uses the word 'cure' which is very rare in medical studies.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8699493

57% success here. This study was comparing a medication to pelvic floor exercises.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22320846

There are other studies, but the message is clear... a strong pelvic floor can help at least 1/2 of men overcome (pun intended) Premature Ejaculation.

Hi Guys, Its one of those unknown things Kegels, I found out about these some, say about 12 years ago all by chance, from reading about jelqing and stretching, at that time I was having very weak ejaculations, doing these really spiked them back up to full power, there is nothing like feeling your load go, and there is nothing like laying with a half hard resting on your wife's leg why your doing kegels, and these exercises you can do anywhere you like and at any time you want, the only thing you need is you, as you are your exercise equipment, so want to try them? ok just read through this link its from pegym.com.

Your find once you get into doing these your be doing them everywhere you go even why you waiting in the supermarket line, and the thing is no one will know your doing them, now do not forget the reversed one, these you really need to be sitting down from and you need some calm around you, your see why.

Do hope these help you guys, me they have, I do some each morning.

Guys, kegels could actually cause PE, not prevent it. It could oversensitize the prostate and the muscles you're training due to the constant stimulation.

That would not be apparent tho, as you will get better at holding your orgasm (using the kegels). The trade-off would be that you will reach the state of orgasm faster.

It's definitely a controversial subject as I've seen some guys report improvements and others just the opposite.

One of the things that kegel exercises do is to teach you to be aware of and control the PC muscles. Once you have gained this control, you can contract the muscles, but you can also consciously relax them, which can help with PE.
