Young with severe ED need advice.

Postby John1986 » Mon Jan 01, 2018 9:30 am

I am from India age 31 .
Suffering Ed for 4 years.
Problem starts from penis trauma,
because of stressful life for the last
Didn't take care and mastubrated half
Erected .one day I felt complete loss of erection, it's like my
Penis is dead. Consulted three urologists but they couldn't find any
Problem. Done Doppler it shows blood outflow quickly.
Took Cialis 10 mg with no results also took Viagra 100mg only half erection .
Took injection alprostadil and sadly lake the same as Viagra.
I consulted more experienced uro and he told me to have an implant.
Here in India most available are semi rigid ones with hinges.
I don't know what it will like having semi rigid.
My erections are very weak but have little spontaneous ones with medicines.
Could I have spontaneous erections with semrigid implants.
What about erection angle ,can I have higher angle with stimulation.
Is it necessary to do circumcision.how about holding penis with kegels. Please help

I can't answer your specific questions because I don't have an implant and I'm not a doctor. But if you do opt for the implant my recommendation would be do everything you can to try to get a 3 piece inflatable implant done by a good surgeon. A lot of research shows these devices yield high satisfaction rates. There are young guys on this site who have them and are happy.

Here in India three piece implants are rare and high price . Because they are imported chances of replacement also difficult, so my surgeon suggest semrigid with hinges. Cause of trauma was my biggest mistake by placing ring for an hour for PE

I have never tried any penis enlargement techniques but it sure sounds like they leave a lot of guys with bad ED. Don't be too hard on yourself though - that will make things worse. Best to focus your energy on finding a solution. It sounds to me like you have three options.

1) Semi-rigid implant. Pros: cheaper and more reliably replaced in your country. Cons: lower satisfaction rate when compared to 3 piece implant.
2) 3 piece implant. Pros: very high satisfaction rate. Cons: surgery is more complicated, device is more expensive, difficult to replace in your country and you will likely need replacement(s) given your age.
3) Don't implant and keep living with your ED, possibly find some other solution besides an implant

You will have to weigh the risks and potential rewards of each option and decide for yourself.

A hundred years ago there were virtually no treatment options for ED and men were forced to live with it. At least you live in 2018 where there are options. To me that's something to be thankful for.

It's a very difficult situation to overcome. I am trying different methods but nothing is working . With sidenafil 100mg I can have a semi solid erection, it's very difficult for blood inflow and almost impossible to hold erection . Unfortunately this thing happened to me. I really can't suffer this for long time . I am still virgin. I will consider implant but don't know about semrigid one(rigidity etc). didn't found any reviews or pictures .so worried about future.i hope someone can give more idea about semrigid ones. Something like this at this age when we feels it's irreversible it's like hell.
Thanks brother .

If pills are failing you could keep exploring injections. You mentioned trying alprostadil without much success but there are more potent formulas out there that could give you better results.

Ask your doctor about more information on semi-rigid implants. Maybe he can refer you to someone who has one and is willing to share his experience with it. You could also ask about semi-rigid devices under the "Implants" section of this website.

Remember you are not the first guy to be in this situation. Other men have damaged their dicks through various forms of trauma and have gone on to find solutions.

Thanks a lot Hall fighter . Injections are always difficult as it need a partners support. I am still a virgin I wish to have a permanent solution through implant. I wish with the implant I will become a Superman(my doctor s quote) having an erection always . hardest jock in my life

I have had severe venous leak since I became sexually active in my early 20s. After many failures, I could make it work with Yohimbine (prescribed by my urologist) and my girlfriend (who previously gave birth) at the time manually stimulating and stuffing my semi-erect penis in. Muse and injections failed miserably for me. Once Viagra came out, that worked enough for me to have sex, but I required someone who had previously given birth, could not use a condom and it was not fully erect.

By age 30, I decided to use a Vacuum Erection Device since the pills were not doing the job. I knew it would work since a Pos-T-Vac rep demonstrated it on me in my Urologist's office when I was 22. After several months of practicing, including many fumbles with my partner, I eventually got it to work. I've been using it for the last 13 years. My partner at the time was only 25 and very understanding. I think you'd be surprised how many women will work with you on this.

While there are obvious drawbacks (i.e. not spontaneous, etc), it gives you a porn star sized erection that does stimulate a woman very well once in. That alone does wonders for your self-esteem. With severe ED, I use multiple constriction rings, but I'm used to it. Many people would balk at using these things, but for those of us who have lived with this disorder for so long, it seems like nothing.

I'd strongly urge people to go this route. Have a VED rep demonstrate on you in your urologist's office. That will give you the confidence to continue practicing until you can make it work. Also, I'd recommend buying a good over the counter model unless your insurance covers all of the expensive prescription models.
Early 40s old diagnosed with severe venous leak by Dr. Irwin Goldstein, Dr. Arnold Mehlman and my local urologist. Using Pos-T-Vac Boss 2000-2 (battery powered Vacuum Erection Device) since 2005.

When I was taking Viagra, I had to take two tablets to get a decent result. The pharmacist said that was too much but the doctor was good with it. If you are going to get an implant, you really should do whatever it takes to get the three piece, even if it means you have to travel. You say that it is available there but more expensive... it would be worth it to get the 3 piece implant.

Please create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"

Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -
"AMS 700 (18 + 2 rte's). Implanted March 30, 2017 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. Great surgeon. Went in to septic shock and had to have implant removed April 29, 2017. I'm from Belleville, Ontario, CANADA. Appt. for consult for second attempt is on November 6, 2017... I can't wait."

Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)

If you need further help, please ask, that's what I'm here for.
