I believe there are varying degrees of veinous leak. There is another member on here where nothing worked for him. He was in his 20's I believe and got an implant.

As far as sex I do not typically go without. If i could i wouldnt be taking the pills.

There is a small subset of cases where venous leaks can successfully and permanently be cured. In simple terms it's when you have one single abnormal vein draining blood from your penis. To know if that's the case, you should perform a cavernosography (contrast dye is ijected, then an x-ray is taken). If this type of leak is found, the x-ray will show a vein taking a strange route , usually to your leg. These cases can be fixed with minor surgery (it's not ligation, they just block this one vein).

By the way, my doppler was 10 cm/s edv and still can get an erection without pills sometimes.

my venous leak is proven by canvernosmetry. i had ligation surgery, it doesnt fixed.

what kind of surgery do you mention about?

my leak is from left side of the penis.

I have a venous leak too probably. Not diagnosed yet. My glans enlarging when i erect but remain soft. I went to doctor few days ago for hormone tests waiting for results and next step. I am 24 years old. I have small penis 6" length x 4.5" girth, I am grower Flaccid length barely 2.7 inches. I am also very tall man 6'4". My penis looks even more smaller. Im not living in America, I don't have money. Everything is wrong and abnormal about me. Im still alive because of my family and some video games for now. My future is scaring me.
