This should be posted on the Implant Board. Everyone is worried about losing length, myself included after implant procedure. I loved this and thought it was appropriate and a good laugh too. Jim

When done by a competent, experienced prosthetic urologist (meaning one who has had special training in penile implants/prosthetics), no length should be lost. I have an inch less that originally, but that was due to my radical prostatectomy followed by two years of nothing, which caused atrophy. It was not due to my implant.
