I had my prostatectomy almost 2 years ago, and my PSAs are zero. I'm using Viagra with borderline-satisfactory erections, and Bimix injections with very good results. My main problem is the quality of my orgasms. They're minimal to non-existant. In other words, things feel fine, it feels like I'm about to have an orgasm...and then it just stops, and it's over, without anything resembling what orgasms used to feel like. Anyone else experienced this? Orgasm quality is much less discussed compared with erection quality.
