Yes, very humiliating. My advice is let her know how you feel.. in my case I was more upset than my gf / wife when it happened, and wished I could get hard from her stimulation. Once she understood that it was physical, and not mental, it went better.

Pills and Trimix are my current solutions. But by year end I may be a Titan member...

Wish you the best.

TT,

Your story and your painful memories are so much like mine. This sucks so bad that I finally made up my mind to get an implant (August 2, 2017 - Dr. Andrew Kramer). Happy to have the decision behind me, but of course I'm nervous. I can only imagine how positive this is going to be for me mentally and emotionally.

And, yes, it was wonderful to read a post from a wife. I'd like to share that post with my wife, but she's still a little wigged out by this whole thing.

Can't wait for September (after activation!).

Bob

Thank you Bob,
Look forward to your new journal.

I may be on that Implant list as well soon.
Some things to tie up in my life first, but looking for later this year.

He has low T, had vein leakage , all the ED issues. Now we can enjoy sex any time any where. I wish we would have known about this this earlier but am so thankful he choose to get it done. I love him for that sacrifice as the healing processes was painful for the first month. Sex is not everything in a marriage but it is awesome to be able to just take our time and enjoy every second of it.

Great contribution. Awesome to get a woman's perspective on this. Good luck treetop! Also in a similar boat to you with similar stories in past relationships

Time for an update ...
I did a round of Cialis. My dr. gave me a custom script with 5 pills. Basically it was 25mg of Cialis, and a mix of Oxytocin to help my mood... haha. Fair enough. Well those pills worked to an extend. But my erections were ok just not the same as using Trimix. I felt no effects from the Oxy.
I then tried 5mg daily Cialis. Which takes about 4 to 5 days to get the full dose in your system. This caused some night erections, and almost always a morning erection. But.. also brought on aches and pains in my legs and back. And after about a week.. the effects wore off and the erections were seldom. So I then double down...
I used 5mg twice a day, in the morning and early evening. This worked fairly well, but not 100%. But the erections did come back. But the aches did also, even worst. To the point that I could not sleep. Funny I got used to the aching, I knew it was there but did not really notice it. But I could not sleep.

My end decision is I just don't want to mess with it any more. Pills, injections. I did find that the Caverject injection (no refrigeration) with a low dose of Cialis works.. Really good!!! -- But I want to get away from injections.

I was also considering Gains-wave.. but because I have had ED since my teens.. while I believe it may help me I also believe I would still need pills. And I also think the effect would diminish over time. I believe it will help some, but I now do not want to invest in that research. My gut is telling me to just go for it.

I want to feel the freedom... Currently I carry Viagra in my car, at home, etc. Just in case, and have travel packs for Caverject and have Trimix in powder form. But why..??

I will start a new thread soon. After my consult with Dr. EID. If my insurance approves, and I get my date with EID then it will be all set.
My current plan is mid January to become "Bionic".
Stay tuned.

Treetop,
You've tried it all, so don't ever look back. All the best for you with your decision. By springtime you'll be very happy.

Hi Treetop,
I completely relate to your story. Many of the same issues here. I am finally scheduled for implant surgery in mid-September. After all of the failed attempts, anxiety and humiliation over the years, I am eager to get this done, to heal, and move forward. Wishing you all the best in your journey.

Treetop, you will be in our thoughts and prayers until January, and afterwards as you heal. You have a wonderful future ahead as a guy (like me) who never has to wonder again "Will it happen, or won't it?" because it always does -- and looks and functions like a natural erection. Glad that you and FT became friends! :)

Thank you both.
The next part is the consult, and getting insurance approval.
Once I am scheduled, I will start my journal.
