If you're not getting erections and you're getting smaller you need to get a decent VED and start using that right away while you try and figure out the problem. I'd be interested in knowing if your sensation is improved when pumped up with a VED, especially when using a little lube when pumped. I wish I had more useful suggestions.

Good luck

HI Im new and in the UK - there seems to be "radio silence" from english men - typically british thing to do (say nothing). So if anyone from Uk is on here would be great to chat especially if you have been through implant surgery???

Welcome
There are a few UK brothers on here, check out the signatures and you will find them. This is an excellent example of just why the signature is so important.

Please create a signature with a little more info in it. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"

Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -
"AMS 700 (18 + 2 rte's). Implanted March 30, 2017 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. Great surgeon. Went in to septic shock and had to have implant removed April 29, 2017. I'm from Belleville, Ontario, CANADA. Appt. for consult for second attempt is on November 6, 2017... I can't wait."

Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)

If you need further help, please ask, that's what I'm here for.

I am a 35 year old male from Greece who suffers from severe erectile dysfunction. I have done blood tests and doppler ultrasound and they all came back clear. Doctors here in Greece suggest that it is psychogenic in nature but I am sure it is not because i can't achieve full erections in all times (even during masturbation) and have absolutely no sensation in my penis. I can ejaculate with tremendous difficulty and even then I don't feel much...I am in this condition for one year and a half now. The last doctor I visited said it might be something micro-arterial that cannot be shown on the ultrasound. I have tried pills with no success, shock wave treatment with no success and injections that were horrible as they caused me enormous pain. I also have to add that my penis has shrunk for some reason and has lost length and girth both in flaccid and erect state so I doubt this whole thing is psychological.
