New to forum

Postby bhw961 » Fri Feb 18, 2011 11:01 am

Hi,

I am five years post radical prostatectomy. I help facilitate a prostate cancer support group and try to stay current on prostate cancer and related issues, including ED and incontinence. I consider myself fortunate as I regained continence within 8-10 weeks after surgery; sexual function at about 9 months post surgery. I look forward to learning and sharing with others the knowledge offered here.

Hey, Brian... Welcome!
I hope that you like FT.org so much that you'll recommend it to the guys in your support group. It's great you can meet face-to-face like that, and I'm sure you'll add to the dynamic of support here as well.

Brian,

You said you regaine sexual function 9 months out of surgery. That's great! Did that happen on its own, or did you do anything to move things along?
