Hi guys. I’m 54 and had RALP surgery in Dec 2022. About three months post surgery I started Cialis & Viagara with no luck. Then moved on to Trimix, which worked just enough for sex, but was followed by 3-4 hours of pretty intense pain. Bimix didn’t provide enough for penetration, and having to deal with the injections was really a mood killer, especially when it was only getting me “halfway there” (I wasn’t shy on the dosages either). Knowing that life is short, I didn’t want to wait around for 12-24 months hoping things would start to work again. I just had a feeling it wasn’t going to happen. In Sept 2023 I had the AMS700 LGX implanted. I must say that after reading all the positive stories out there and the high satisfaction rate with the IPP, I was rather disappointed. The loss of length and girth was pretty substantial. For the first three months it was very painful when trying to inflate. The first ten pumps were relatively easy, but at about 15 full pumps the pain would start to become unbearable for more than a minute or so. For several weeks I saw almost no improvement. But I stayed positive and kept at it. I’m now a few days from the 4 month mark and things are beginning to look real promising. The pain has really started to subside, I can go 20-25 pumps until it becomes almost too hard to squeeze, and I’m gaining back a lot of what was lost in length & girth. Looking forward to the future!
For anybody else in the early stages post implant feeling the same way, just keep at it. Like so many others have said here, it gets better!

This site has been a tremendous help for me throughout my journey. Thanks everyone!
