I am new here. My prostrate was removed about 3 years ago. Have some success with intercourse but my penis does not get very large or hard and lose it sometimes. I have tried a pump and ring but the ring will not stay down at the base so i lose the erection. Why wont it stay in place? I have taken tadlafil but it doesnt always help and end up with bad headache the next day. Has anyone found any natural things thart help?

Unless you need the pump to get it up you may find that a novelty/sex shop cock ring worn on your shaft behind the boys will stay in place and may provide the boost you need.

Have you tried Viagra (Sildenafil)? I don't get along well with tadalafil and I have milder side effects with Viagra.
