I would think with all those demands on your prostate, your prostate is in excellent shape. Do you have to get up any at your age in the night because of prostate problems causing more frequent urination. Thinktank......I have had a slightly enlarged prostate since my 20's. The issue is greatly complicated if I do not ejaculate for a few days. Makes it very difficult to pee because the prostate is engorged with prostate fluid (which makes up 60% of semen) and the swelling strangles the urethra preventing easy voiding. . So long as I ejaculate frequently I have only a small amount of problem with frequent urination. This is strange but the longer I abstain from ejaculating the more difficult it becomes to begin ejaculating again....harder to ejaculate after abstinence. That is the opposite of most guys who get hornier the less they ejaculate.

I think I have a problem releasing proper levels of oxytosin during orgasm. This is the prostaglandin that makes you feel so good after an orgasm....sleepy, relaxed, fulfilled. Thus it takes me 2-3 orgasms before I feel that level of satisfaction that most guys feel with one orgasm. I think this is the seat of my issue. If one a day would satisfy me I would certainly not be compelled to go the multiple route each day. A few times in the last couple of years I have orgasned/ejaculated 6-7 times. With me, each succeeding orgasm is better...more intense. Even the 6th or 7th is more electrical than the first. I obviously am wired differently. It is not necessarily a blessing...but it can be fun.

Went to their website and their exclusive website book is $20. All this info and more is available in the 1996 book, The Multi-Orgasmic Man: Sexual Secrets Every Man Should Know, available on Amazon for 12 dollars or less. Although I read the book several years ago was never able to be follow the technique of being multi-orgasmic, until after my IPP.

A good book for couples is by Joan Price, Naked at Our Age:Talking out Loud about Senior Sex. Not sure what "safe" porn is. If you are concerned that certain pornographic images would be harmful to you, then you should probably just think of your wife or girlfriend while masturbating. I don't mean that to sound preachy and I have certainly flipped through my share of Playboy magazines. The bottom line is that porn is porn. I find that various Tumblr blogs have very stimulating images, they are free, and not subject to spam, etc. Start out googling for words preceded with Tumblr, then add your desired genre. Words like sexual, milf, older, or whatever sexual type words appeal to you.
Also:
*if you are concerned about privacy, I use the Chrome browser in its Incognito mode.

This here tells us, that you have deep issues going on in your relationship that need to be addressed first. I wouldn't even worry about the masturbation part. That's for later. But yeah.... You shouldn't even have a problem masturbating at all... As many times as you'd wanted. Right?
