I had a Doppler ultrasound several months ago for my ED/PD.
When he scheduled the ultrasound, the urologist said he could tell if there was a venous leak with ultrasound...

Several weeks later when I had the ultrasound I asked him about any venous leak, and he said the same thing; since the Trimix works I do not have a venous leak.

They throw out “retrograde ejaculation” but won’t actually check if it’s that or a blockage. They figure since I’m not trying to get anyone pregnant, it’s not a big deal.

FRUSTRATING. I’m okay with gradual change as we age. I am not okay with a dramatic change pretty quickly. Going from pornstar loads to firing air is a weird experience.

I was having that issue when I was on flowmax (tamsulosin). My ejaculations was either normal or non existent - poor wifey felt like she was playing Russian roulette lol. I am off flowmax now since the cialis for my PD treatment seems to work better, but I still had the occasional issue with dry fires. I started taking multivitamins and zinc and I stay very well hydrated -- while I am not shooting like I did as a young buck, it has certainly helped.

PS. My wife enjoys the mess too

How often do you ejaculate?

Try going down to once a month and hold the sexual energy inside your body the rest of the time and see if that helps

Check your urine after sex. If it is cloudy, that is highly likely to be your semen having backed up into your bladder (retrograde ejaculation) and there are ways to treat that.

Stay hydrated and make sure your electrolytes are in balance (zinc is an essential mineral for ejaculate).

Check with your doctor on electrolytes and question if your prostate is as healthy as it should be.

There are foods to take and to avoid to make the flavor and smell of your ejaculate pleasant. (You did not ask this, but I thought I would throw that into the discussion). Google the question. Tobacco, red meat and alcohol, bad. Pineapple juice, good. That's all I can remember right now. I will not have that as a question any more as I no longer have a prostate.
