They do, and CIAlis works great. But I am still not happy. And besides... Just 20 minutes? Who are we kidding here? I take longer masturbating, how could I please a woman like that in such a short time?

If you are not happy with the pills, go for the implant so.
How long have you been like this? Three-four years? If you have been those years so and you are not happy then your only option is the implant

2.5 years now. The implant costs money, which I don't have still and also there are a lot of other things in the way of that. I first want to try traction to try to recover length lost to my fracture...

I doubt I will have any sexual contact in the next 2/3 years... Other than my hand. :#

Pfracture you said you have problems with your arteries. There is an experimental surgery in the penis in which doctor can connect an arterie with the deep dorsal vein (maybe it is called arterialization of the deep dorsal vein? im not sure) through of an arteriovenous anastomosis process
Maybe it could help in your case

Thanks, but when I do something surgical, I want to solve this. Implant is the next step, just not now. Plus, what is the surgery success rate?

It succes rate is about 48%, although it is about 69% in young boys, not so sure about this, I found here:
https://books.google.es/books?id=vu1MBg ... in&f=false

Yes maybe It is not worth it because it can not guarantee cure, and implant is 100% or 90%

Canada here, so it's a different scenario. I want my implant done on the US, when i go for it. The thing is that i am still borderline in terms of penile function... i think i've said it here before. I masturbate, get a somewhat rigid erection, that feels fragile and loose it fast. It is impressive how it became the new normal for me. Despite all the sadness and changes associated with this...

A lot less if's and but's since i am lingering here on these boards, but yeah. Definitely not for now.
