Dirtman is right. No implant will give you more length than you were born with. These claims of length expansion are misleading - even if the device does expand, it won't stretch you beyond your existing limit.

I see what you mean. My wife was not in favor of me getting the implant - she wasn't actively opposed to it, but thought it was foolish and unnecessary. So for me, satisfying a partner was not an issue.

I've had my Titan (Dr Kramer) since 2008 and have had no problems with it. Even though mine has never been used, I do inflate it now and then and have observed no issues of any kind.
