Re: New bimix formula
Rocky: Injection therapy is a trial and error proposition relative to both formulation and dosage. I would give your bimix another couple of tries, then I'd start increasing the dosage in increments of 0.01cc. If you get to 0.25 and it is still not working, I'd make another appointment with the urol...

Re: Implant
Rick: I'd advise patience. Post implant you still have both internal and external swelling. Also, we all heal at different rates. Once my swelling diminished to the point that I could feel the whole pump and move it around in the scrotum, I was ready to inflate and deflate. Deflating is more challen...

Re: wildly different results
Fordman: I had similar inconsistent results with tri-mix. Finding the optimal formulation and dosage is a result of trial and error. Ultimately we never got consistent results with injections. Lots of guys do, so you need to work with your urologist and compounding pharmacy. After about a year of va...

Re: Return of Erections after prostate surgery
tarheel:
I had an RP in July 2013. Never returned to spontaneous erections. Used all the "therapies over two years with mixed but overall unsatisfactory results. Went bionic in Jan 2016. We are very happy with it. The whole story is posted. Search on cincinnatus.
Good luck

Re: Implant Doctor
Leesburg: An additional thought. While my wife and I are very happy with our implant, don't let a doc rush you into one. If anything else works satisfactorily, stick with it until it is too inconsistent or too much hassle. that said, we agonized for a year before getting it and we should have done i...

Re: Implant Doctor
Leesburg: my take is to carefully select your surgeon and then leave decisions about anaesthetic, brand of implant, hospital, prosthesis length, overnight stay, etc. to the doc. i was concerned about getting the doc out of their comfort zone. Like you, after doing my research I favored the AMS LGX. ...

Re: Cincinnatus went bionic Jan 6. Here's my journal
Fellow Franktalkers: On January 6 I passed the one year milestone. Following is a “talk sheet” I prepared for my visit. My recovery has been essentially trouble free. While we are still extremely pleased with the results. That being said, it is not perfect; but it is supremely better than pre-implan...

Re: One year anniversary of my surgery
Clab: My congratulations as well. I, too am celebrating my one year anniversary today. Had my one year checkup yesterday and got a clean bill of health. I'm particularly gratified to hear about the mental improvements you cited in addition to a functioning penis, albeit not perfect.

Re: Titan Touch deflation techniques and expectations
I have the same issue. In fact, I am going for my one year check-up next week and intend to talk wtih the doc about it. My backflow is inconsistent, sometimes it will stay deflated. Other times I wind up deflating after urinating and sometimes several times. I am not sure which release valve I have....
