I think it is most common for guys to mean their fully pumped size is the same as their original erect size. Most of us with implants are now larger unpumped than our original flaccid size. I totally agree with Greg. Unpumped I gained 1.5" and fully pumped I am back to my pre-prostatectomy siz...
