Re: Right and Left RTE location CT scan
I went to see an implant specialist at KU Medical in KC today. Surgery scheduled for 12-11-20. He is going to try to repair the RTE end of the cylinder. He confirmed that the images show text book evidence of the proximal end of the cylinder being out of the crus and not supported as do pointing le...

Re: SHOW & TELL
I'm just starting the "process" of getting an implant. I asked my uro about it and he said we would talk more at my next appt on Dec 3. He wants me to try a different injection formula. I discussed it with my PCP last week and he said he knew of nothing that would stop it (just adjust my ...

Re: Right and Left RTE location CT scan
Thanks newbie443, the cost of the revision will all come down to your insurance. The Dr just wanted to repair/replace what was leaking, since the manufacture was picking up the tab the entire thing had to be removed and replaced. They literally took the old one back to be reviewed for failures. I p...

Re: Right and Left RTE location CT scan
Thank you PC for the info. I was kind of wanting the RTE's fixed and maybe the pump checked good and see about a fix for it without replacing it rather than a full revision. But as I will be apro. 3 years post op and have issues with the pump and tips in my glans also I can see that the full revisi...

Re: Right and Left RTE location CT scan
Surgery was Monday Nov 9th, the Urologist found the right corpus cavernosum was punctured. So that meant the right cylinder was freely moving every time I inflated. That caused the erection to lean to the right. The old Titian was removed and returned to Coloplast for failure review. The Urologist ...

Re: Right and Left RTE location CT scan
Could be worse, here is my CT scan Maybe or maybe not. When I look at the ends of the cylinders mine and yours seem to be about the same in reference to each other as far as front to back. Mine are not both on the same level (head to feet) as yours so I have no picture like yours. One is so much lo...

I figured it out - no problem at all.
I admit i was taking a shortcut to save time, lol
