Yeah, a quick web search indicates several of your drugs could contribute to ED. I didn't search anywhere near all of them and didn't follow up with further than the initial list of hits (I didn't read the listed links). Metoprolol for one. Tamsulosin can possibly contribute. Pretty easy to research...

That's certainly a viable alternative to try. Try even adding a novelty/sex shop cock ring on top of that to further reduce the amount of juice needed. It's worth a shot (not initially an intentional pun)!
