Did You Receive/Seek Psychological Input Prior to Implant?

Hi gang! Hoping that I can draw upon any advice or input on this matter. I truly believe that my ED has reached end-stage. And whether it's of a 100% psychogenic origin or there is indeed some underlying physical element to it, does it really matter? The end result is the same and every psychologica...

Re: I can easily feel tubing in my penis after implant. Anyone Else?

I know you’re feeling super regretful right now and worried and a myriad of negative emotions but this is genuinely something we’ve seen time and time again, the WTF stage. Definitely not denying your tubing may be abnormal bro or trying to downplay your emotions and concerns but there may be a dece...

Re: Another mid-30’s implant journal

I’m 35 and have been suffering ED since becoming sexually active. It was diagnosed as psychological, but Cialis definitely helped. Effectiveness for me has diminished in recent years, and now all it does is give me a headache. Regardless of cause, the end result is the same: my dick doesn’t work, a...

Re: I can easily feel tubing in my penis after implant. Anyone Else?

One thing I will say man, is that it’s still super new to you. You’ve essentially gone through a trauma down there and things will settle. I do believe that. I’ve also read a lot of young dudes feel a similar way in the beginning only to end up loving it weeks to months later. It must be real hard t...

Re: I can easily feel tubing in my penis after implant. Anyone Else?

I understand the OP’s concern. How many times have we read ‘you wouldn’t be able to tell unless you felt the pump in the scrotum’. Many is the answer. I too was under the impression tubing shouldn’t be so obviously felt or indeed visible. And I’m waiting for those who subscribe to the above view to ...

Re: Risk/Reward

Trouble is, this paralysis is not likely to improve, what with all my trauma and decreased confidence and all the while, I lose precious time. I think you’ve hit the nail on the head there. The reality is, ED rarely gets better with time, and the longer you wait the worse position you will be in bo...

Re: Has anyone gone to a country outside the US to get a pump implanted?

Title. Curious if anyone here has gone outside the US/Canada to have their implant surgery done? I'm curious if a place like Thailand or Cuba would be worth looking in to...AFAIK there's a number of trans people who have gone to thailand to get their surgeries done so there must be some surgeons th...

Re: Does Dr. Kramer actually do good work?

I don't really understand how you all often refer to "good surgeons" and claim certain results are probable if you get a "good surgeon." Every single doctor who performs surgery who is practicing medicine in America is good at surgery. No one is bad at it. That's how they become...

Re: Risk/Reward

[What's up, mid-30's gang checking in. I see a lot of similarities. I looked into an implant 5-6 years ago, but for all the nightmare scenarios you mentioned I decided to pursue every other option first. Now I've done that, and effectiveness of those treatments has fallen to ~0%, so it's pretty str...

Re: Risk/Reward

Hey, I recently turned 30 and am in a similar position. I relate a lot to the tension between continuing as is and maybe meeting someone as things stand or finally taking a risk and approaching life and dating from a place of confidence. As for your question its impossible to tell. If you go with a...
