Eat nothing sweet, drop the carbs (potatoes) which turn to sugar, get a monitor and keep this under control. It is easy enough done. There is more at stake than just an implant. The urethra goes through the prostate. My pathology in 2009 showed (it was in mms) that about 1 3/4" of urethra was contained in it.
