At the top of the post editing window is a series of formatting buttons. One of them is URL. Select that and then paste the URL between the open and closing tags ([url][/url])
I've had my implant for 10 years and have never "cycled" it, at least not in the sense of a regular protocol. On the extremely rare occasions when I inflate it it still seems to be working fine.
... Just imagine having a serious stroke that doesn't kill you... you sit in a chair, drooling all day, horney as a teenager but even with the implant can't do anything about it. :( Larry Or, like in my case, have a stroke that doesn't kill you but leaves you with symptoms that impair your function...
As you no doubt know, smoking is bad for just about everything, and people regularly die from it. In addition, it makes you smell terrible, which doesn't do much to make you attractive to others. I don't know if it will have any effect on your size, but even if it doesn't you shouldn't do it.
For me, an erection makes no difference at all. I have zero libido, and no sexual desire at all. I can inflate my implant to the raging hardon level and feel no different than I feel when completely flaccid.
Another big issue (no pun intended) is how you measure your friend. Obviously, as full erect as possible. But do you measure from the top looking down, and press the ruler into the flesh until you press bone? Or do you measure from the side, also pressing the ruler into the fat/flesh? The first way...
