Re: Needle free injections

Thanks for the tip about the 29ga needle-- I am following your advice on that. Also want to mention--- right now I'm using the 1/2inch needle but backing it off so the injection depth is less than 1/2inch but more than 5/16th--works good for me. After this no more comments from me on the needle-free...

Re: Needle free injections

Just looked at my earlier post and realized I may have left out the main info-- I never got the needle-free injector to work! Tried it 3 times-- got no results!

Re: Needle free injections

Yesterday I mentioned a site I'd found that reported a scientific study of needlefree injections. Think I mentioned too that I was going to try one of the Autoject 2. I got mine, tried it, and like it better than the needlefree injector The Autoject 2 actually caused less discomfort (i.e.it didn't h...

Re: Needle free injections

Looks like those of us who are not favoring needle-free injections are right, at least right now. I just spent some time reading a research report I found thru researchgate.net-- you may want to have a look--"-Delivery of intracavernosal therapies using needle-free injection devices"--date...

Re: New Registering Members - forum guidelines

Hope I'm doing this right-- if not kick me off and tell me how to what I'm supposed to. Anyhow this is me-- 84 years old---hey, time flies when you're having fun! Beautiful and luscious wife--we've been together 64 years! I had surgery in 1994 and radiation treatment as a follow up a couple of years...

Re: Needle free injections

Well ,I wouldn't exactly say I'm "experimenting"--I'd say I'm "investigating"--I've been wondering about the permeability of the tunica since you mentioned it a few days ago--there has to be some relevance there. Status report:-- I've tried the needle-free injector 3 times with n...

Re: Needle free injections

I've been doing some further research today re: the needle-free injectors and have some interesting info---This may have to do with the likelihood of scaring---As per Wikipedia, the diameter of a 30ga needle is 0.3112mm and of a 29ga .3366mm The width (diameter?) of the air injection from the Comfor...

Re: Needle free injections

I said a day or so ago that since I'd no real result with the needle-free injector at 11 units I was planning to try it today at 20-22 units. But I lost my nerve on that--- Afraid of priapasm, and with my wife in Chicago today to see our daughter, I don't know whether I could make my way to the emer...
