Re: Hello, soon will be my first time and wondering about?

Good luck and keep us posted.

I may have missed it but do you know what formula he gave you? It should say on your meds.

Re: 8 hour erection / will I be ok?

It certainly isn't a good thing to do and it should definitely be avoided but chances are you're fine. But don't do that. Eventually you'll succeed in causing damage. Studies I've read haven't really shown damage in that time frame although they have shown blood chemistry that is concerning enough t...

Re: My 1st Self Injection

Yeah, I had to figure them out on my own too. I just had a very old school Uro (who retired shortly afterwards) and I guess he just assumed I could figure it out. My first few attempts produced less than overwhelming results. I figure I just wasn't hitting it right. Of course I started on the Edex 1...

Re: Is anything better than Edex ?

I have been using Edex for several years , using their #40 which is their largest dose and does a "so-so job" . Has anyone who has used Edex had better luck with one of the other meds, such as bimix, trimix or quadmix. Thanks for your help, Deano I can't answer your question from an exper...

Re: Is anything better than Edex ?

I've been on Edex (Alprostadil) for nearly 5 years. My pricing experience matches once a writer's, about $1.60 per dose. So price is not a reason to not use Edex......... I have no idea where the hugely overstated costs per dose people cite come from. I also have just read that many insurance compa...

Re: Hello, soon will be my first time and wondering about?

I'm not a medical professional of any kind. Anything I post is based on my own experiences at best and fantasy or hallucination at worst. Always ask your doctor and follow his/her advice. I find the 31 gauge 5/16" needles work fine. With the 1/2" needles I generally don't quite bury them a...

Re: What Are The Reasons For Injection Fails.

If you think $40 is bad try it without insurance.

Re: What Are The Reasons For Injection Fails.

It is a bit more difficult with the Edex kit. One reason being the one you mentioned the other main reason being the amount of rubber stopper material you have to push. That makes it hard to determine needle resistance. However, other than needle depth that's all you have to go on. The instructions ...

Re: Need Advice

I'm using 25 gauge, 1"ers and find them difficult to fill. It just takes a little time for the stuff to fill the syringe. When I was using testosterone treatment, my doctor told me to use one syringe for loading the med, and then switch out the needle to a smaller one for the actual injection....
