Re: Implant on 8/25, a little nervous!

To keep the Titan as flaccid as possible, squeeze your dick while holding the deflate button. You will know when the cylinders are completely deflated, you can feel the flat cylinders, then do one quick pump to lock out any auto fill. After doing this, it should stay in the flaccid state until you d...

Re: Good Doctor Suggestion Please

Here are a few options in the Southeast that have good reputations. Brian Christine, Birmingham Alabama, he has many videos online. Dr. Hakky in Atlanta, his site has several videos and he uses technique similar to Dr. Eid to prevent infection.
Also Dr. Knoll in Nashville.
Good Luck!

Re: Revision Wednesday!

We all hope you achieve great results on your revision. I think all of us have faced the same anxiety, but have come to the realization that this was our only option. All your bionic brother will have our fingers crossed and say a prayer for a great outcome.

Re: Pump stuck at scrotum skin beneath incision area

Proctor, Kramer did my surgery and I had the same issue in the first 4-5 weeks in recovery. Once I was approved to sit in a hot bathtub I would manipulate the pump gently and it eventually came free. I think it is the way he intentionally anchors the pump in surgery to avoid it from riding high and ...

Re: Titan Touch

Thanks for the responses and speculation. On my 1st implant I was installed with a Titan 18cm +1 RTE which resulted in floppy head syndrome. 3 months later I had a revision and was upgraded to a 22cm +1 which was a 4cm gain. The 1st surgery was performed Infra-Pubic and the 2nd was Penal Scrotal. My...

Titan Touch

Gents I have a Titan Touch pump and recently can only do 30 pumps before it collapses. It’ like there isn’t enough saline to max out the cylinders and it stays compressed. I only noticed this over the last month. The pump used to become so hard I couldn’t squeeze another Pump no matter how hard I pr...

Re: Lgx vs titan

Can you give a short comparison of the LGX Pump vs. the Titan's Pump. For example the size of each's Pump and also the ease of use of both models. You have a rare outlook after having both models, so do you have a preference and if so, why?

Re: Time off from work

I took 2 weeks off, and used this time to heal. If you have a desk job I think 2 weeks off is a safe bet as I returned and worked a trade show for 8 hours the following Monday.

Re: WOW! I DID A 180 AND NOW PROUD TO HAVE A PENIS BY KRAMER!

LknRon Great post from you and your wife for all those seeking information on what to expect on this crazy journey. Dr.Kramer was my surgeon as well and I agree, he is a class act, very personable and assessable during the whole process. His new Surgery Center seems to be state of the art, and with ...

Re: Titan revision question

If the cylinders of the implant you currently have aren't long enough you will get a total replacement on revision excluding the reservoir unless the doctor thinks it should be replaced. You may require a larger size reservoir as larger cylinders may require more saline capacity.
Best of luck
