Re: Losing Erection During Sex

Speaking as someone who has severe venous leak, I found (at the advice of the Pos-T-Vac customer service rep) using two of their ultimate gel rings worked to hold the erection. Usually lasts, but sometimes ...

Re: Best Lubricant for Pumping

I use the Encore system with their silicone based rings. I found that silicone based lubes deteriorate the rings so I don't use those lubes. I used water based lubes for quite a while. Lately I am using coconut oil (buy it in the cooking oil section of the grocery store). It does not deteriorate the...

Re: Use of Fleshlight to overcome anorgasmia (difficulty cumming)

I had tried the traditional Fleshlight product in the past, but it never felt right, too artificial, wrong texture, whatever. Thought I read a post in Franktalk about the version called a Quickshot and bought it on a whim: I have used it twice and it...

Consider Radioactive Seed Implants

Thought this may be useful: When I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 1999, I researched the three main approaches: prostatectomy, external radiation, radioactive seed implants. I elected to go with the seed implants (brachytherapy). I was concerned that the surgery might either fail to get all t...

Re: Masturbation during marriage

Not to hijack or get off topic i found I have lost interest in porn videos, would rather read a story but even some of those the bullshit flag goes up real fast Yeah, that can be a problem. I manage it with variety. I have a collection of images that I refresh from time to time by removing old ones...

Re: Advanced sex techniques for bionics -- share your expertise

Since many of us will be in the older person category, the lady's natural juices may not be as prolific as when younger. So, a modest amount of lubricant will help oil the wheels of progress, so to speak....

Re: constriction ring

I find that with the larger rings, my penis head does not get as 'cold'. There must be some circulation, perhaps just enough. With the smallest rings it will get cold after 30 minutes (as mentioned above). In any case the 30 minute, remove, and start over plan is a healthy one.

Re: Too Small

It can also help to coat the inside of the tube with a light amount of lube, along with a few drops of water. I have an eyedropper I use for this purpose. This makes it easier for the penis to slide upwards inside the tube.

Re: New user seeking advice on using pump

Thoughts for the OP: • Before I start pumping, I place some liquid water based lube inside the tube, and use an eyedropper to put a few drops of water inside the tube. Coating the inside of the tube lets the semi-erect penis slide up into position easier. • Pumping in stages works well for me, rathe...

Re: Venous leak: some information

My personal solution is a cock ring. I use the Encore Impo-Aid vacuum pump with their silicon rubber cock rings. Cock rings have been discussed elsewhere on the forum, with a variety of experiences. Works for me.
