As you no doubt know, smoking is bad for just about everything, and people regularly die from it. In addition, it makes you smell terrible, which doesn't do much to make you attractive to others. I don't know if it will have any effect on your size, but even if it doesn't you shouldn't do it.
For me, an erection makes no difference at all. I have zero libido, and no sexual desire at all. I can inflate my implant to the raging hardon level and feel no different than I feel when completely flaccid.
Another big issue (no pun intended) is how you measure your friend. Obviously, as full erect as possible. But do you measure from the top looking down, and press the ruler into the flesh until you press bone? Or do you measure from the side, also pressing the ruler into the fat/flesh? The first way...

My T was low (185) so I started TRT - Androgel. Got my level up to around 600, but it didn't benefit me an any way - absolutely nothing changed. Since TRT is not without risk and I was receiving no benefit, I discontinued it.
