Re: Generally speaking, how reversible is size loss?
You're on the right track by ordering and using the pump. Use it daily and I think it will restore your size. Also use it daily before having the implant.

Re: What can go wrong in left groin/perineum
I think the auto-inflation is a concern, but I don't know if it's the source of the pain.
I had pain in my lower abdomen for some time after surgery.
I'm sure it was from the surgeon poking a hole to put in the reservoir.
It felt like what I assume a hernia would feel like.

When I read this post the first thing I thought of is that the splice from the pump to the reservoir wasn't done properly. That seems to be the weakest link on a pre-assembled implant.

Re: THE BIG DECISION
Risk of erosion is a consideration if an oversized prosthesis is implanted. Since the standard methodology of sizing occurs in the operating room, choosing an overlong distal and proximal length, in my view as a mechanical engineer, is an error of tremendous magnitude. I'd say it's inexcusable to m...

Re: THE BIG DECISION
I'm no expert, but I've never heard of an inflatable implant causing erosion. It sounds like he's not a very experienced surgeon. After hearing his concerns, I don't think I'd let him operate on me. With the right surgeon, I think you'd be happy with the implant. Other than the Titan, I don't think ...

Re: Wifes hormone journey
Does the HRT for women cause them to menstruate again? When my wife took it, she continued to have her period even at age 60. She is 83 now but seems to be in her 60s. She stopped taking it and seemed to be surprised when her periods stopped. Right now, she has found that she can enjoy sex, and has ...

Re: couple questions, stretch test, revisions, weightlifting, underwear, etc
Forget the stretch test. The surgeon doesn't use it to size you. Use a VED every day before surgery and you should lose no size with a good doc, and no Peyronies. I'd get the IPP now and if you decide the malleable is best, change to it later. Just my recommendations obviously, but I think about wha...

I've heard that's the way to fight curvature.
Some people's glans swell, and others don't.

Re: Is there a doctor in the US that is known for sizing?
There are probably hundreds of implant surgeons in the US who will not cause you to lose size unless you have pre-existing issues. My surgeon never promised anything, and I was at my lifelong size the first time I inflated. As a bonus, I even picked up 3/8th inch. I've never heard of my doc mentione...
