Dr Trost at Mayo in Rochester Mn did my implant.
I did not know to ask a bunch of questions- just trusted him- excellent results!

I had 2 hernia surgeries prior to my implant. Reservoir was placed just above my belt line. I have not had any problems with it placed there.

I had 2 hernia surgeries as well. I provided my uro with surgical records and with that info he placed my reservoir higher in my abdomen. I am not sure that this kind of info is necessary in your situation, just sayin.... I had little or no pain for the most part ( did lots of icing the first few da...

I went with a local guy and had a good result. I found out that he was not allowed to take a company 'kickback' so the cost may have been less expensive. There is only so much they can do with the anatomy you have so I am convinced that a well known doc is not necessary. Taking it easy for a few day...

I totally agree with electrician. Although injections didnt work for me the auto-injector made the experience of injecting less troublesome.
